With the COVID-19 situation changing daily, Grow is frequently reviewing advice from the Australian Government Department of Health.
Grow’s face-to-face peer group programs are transitioning to online delivery to protect the wellbeing of our members and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our support services remain available through video conferencing and we will continue to expand to meet the need of those who may be isolated, working from home or in remote locations.
Over the coming weeks additional online resources and tools will be available to help Australians manage their mental health in this crisis.
