The Grow Residential Rehabilitation program has been successfully providing a structured rehabilitation service for people with coexisting drug, alcohol and mental health issues for over 30 years. The residential service currently caters for up to 17 adults and is located on a rural farm setting in Hoxton Park N.S.W within the SWSLHD.
Our unique community-based organisation has helped thousands of Australians recover from addiction through a unique program of mutual support and personal development. Our methods have enabled us to identify areas of need and improvement, which in turn has assisted in providing an effective program to combat mental health issues, as well as drug and or alcohol addiction.
The program offers individuals with personalised support by adopting a holistic and stepped care approach towards treatment. The prime focus of the program is for individuals to beat an addiction and work through mental illness in the long term supported residential setting.
An array of integrated services for people affected by drug and alcohol dependency is offered and focuses on developing positive life skills that can be utilised to achieve personal goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle free from addiction.
